Hey, guys welcome. Well, I know you have

to find out you are Literate, or not as per
the upDated Definition.
Let's understand my theory
of Literacy before you are Branded as :-
Literate, or
Illiterate
Well, i was born in 1993 and right from then
the knowledge of English has been the
"Basic" requirement to showcase that a
person is a "Literate".
Well, guys we are moving at an extremely
fast pace. You know what that means, it
means that the Definition of Literacy has
been "upDATED".
You know what that means, it means >>>

suitable or aligned to the present DATE.
Okay, enough of the Pre-Drama, let's come
to it.
In the Age of A.I. (yes we have entered
that age. We are no longer in the Industrial
Age. Things have been updated. Go, have a
check in the same Industries if you want,
you'll understand what I am saying)
Ohh freak, I just realized, I have to set
the background appropriately so that
the message is more impactful.
Bear with me for a bit, buddy.
I got to explain this, for that sake.
Don't worry it will be quick.
See, every Age has been defined by
primarily a business factor. Don't believe
me, check their names out.
It starts with the Iron Age, the Bronze Age,
moving a bit ahead the Industrial Age and
Yes, the present one which has just started
and is in its infancy stage - the Artificial
Intelligence Age.
Okay, see I know, it's becoming a bit
more clear now ??
Right ?
see what I am saying is, we have
always Extracted
the Name of the Age or the ERA, based
on the Business or Trade happening
during that time.
Now, if you are Historian reading this,
for God's sake don't start bombing me.
All what I write here, is my perspective
theory of the present Reality.
It is an Inductive representation, yes it means
I have built my theory based on what
I consider as FACTS. Sort of like a mini
"my fact box" and I take out facts from that
box and put it together to construct
this theory.
Yes, a lot of those facts are universal facts,
but I understand them in my own way.
Okay, let's gets back, in the Iron Age
Iron was the most important business
and trade factor. We
used to make weapons, utensils, coins
houses, armory ... you get it
most of the trade commodity was Iron.
If you knew how to Forge/use Iron >>
you were Respected, Useful and Literate.
Bronze was introduced because Iron could
rust but Bronze was immune to rusting. So,
people started trading in Bronze.
If you knew how to make Bronze >>
by mixing the required metals in the
Right Proportion (its a difficult process)
you were Respected, Useful and Literate.
As said I am skipping >> bloop bloop >>
ahead because there is a huge amount info
related to all this but yeah may be some
other time.
See, Industrial Age, we started mass manuf-
-acturing. So, see around you
it is "Directly" impacted by item(s)
which are manufactured in the Industry.
If you knew how to Manage,
or Make mechanical Machines
knew English >>
you were Respected, Useful and Literate.
Things now dramatically changed, A.I.
came.
Now.
This brings us to our Question,
are you "Literate" as per the new upDated
Definition, huh ??
Your ability to talk to machines is the new
Literacy standard.
Nope, I don't mean the Human Talk
I mean the Computer Talk >> Python, R, C,
Java, C##.
Coding (taking to machine) knowledge is
the new Literacy standard.
Coding is the New English.
Let, me give you a slight Demo so you
understand the Gravity of this situation.
Let's say you know all this ....
statistics, algebra,
geometry, cluster analysis, regression testing,
common sense, kindness, compassion,
analytical mind, creative, geography,
physics, chemistry ... all of this is USEfull
is USeFull
is USEFull
only if you can talk
about it in Machine Language/Coding/Python...

Let me tell you a STORY
Remember that person, whom
you spoke to in your native language, whom
you felt has a lot of knowledge, is a kind
person, very practical in life, loving ....
Ultimately,
No Respect because May be he/she doesn't
know English.
This could be a driver, an old uncle sitting
in a Kirana shop, pakoda seller, an old
person from our OWN family, our
parents in some cases... and YOU or the
Society gave them,
#Respect
based on their Level/Proficiency in
ENGLISH.
Yes or No ??
Sorry, this is a bit loong, but a new dimension
has been brought into EXISTENCE because
of Human Beings and that is Artificial
Intelligence.
A creature who has the similar (as of now)
Level of Intelligence as a
Human Being.
But is NOT a Human being.
All I want to say in conclusion, Right now
look around you,
Happy with your salary ?
What are your benefits ??
Do you get leaves when you are sick ?
Does you manager speak to you with
RESPECT ???
Are the people around you Smart ?
If most were "NO"
