Effortless Resting of your Mind >>> Is the way to Inner Peace Calmness and Revitalization  





Muaaaaaaaaah... thank you for coming here. Welcome 😊




Well sit down relax. Today lets talk about something that is getting 

more and more important as we head to to the future. What I am 

saying is Peace of Mind is really important for us... 

Aeeee listen I am not one of the guys whose going to sell a Yoga 

mat at the end of this or for that freaking matter I a'int going to sell 

stuff. See Peace has got a lot of meanings, I am talking about The 

Peace I know, the Peace that lets me sleep at night, helps the 

continuous commotion in my head to stop, I come from very hectic 

day and I want my Mind to leave me alone, I don't want to think 

about anything I want to be Left alone, I want to breathe the cool 

air of silence all around me.. I want to swim in the vast numbing 

silence without my Mind and that rest gives me Peace. 





This is the Peace, I am talking about, this is the Peace I want to 

share with you.      




Hey, hey I know you would have read the Title.... and for a sec, a 

thought could have crossed your mind thinking I will say

something like ....... Ok Sir, now please put this wire in ur head... 












Naaaaah, this is all self help stuff.  We are going to talk about here,

 and right now buddy while we are having this convo/reading this, 

 you already got everything that is needed. Chill outzz




Okay, Remember that time, when you were really exhausted

 mentally and because of that you didn't even feel like

 walking around. Now this happened even though you did like, 

close to ZERO physical activity, but still got completely drained 

out. Happens right ?? 



See, brah I am not blaming you and for God's sakes don't feel guilty

 about it. Its natural. Brain is a very heavy user of body energy. 

There is no part organ call it whatever you want which drains as 

much body energy as the brain. You can't walk because you 

worked really hard on the PC, bro please lie down you totally 

deserve it.


Breeaaathe out... reeelax








Why do we find it difficult to do things which are good for us ? We 

really want some peace na ? Some stillness/quite time breathing 

time na ? 



Disclaimer Alert - da ( just a local slang{ yup I use it when I talk})



We need some time da, to rest to revitalise our mind. So listen now

 and now and learn how to calm the disturbing mind and enjoy.  

 Cool   simple    right.




Okay, see the mind works even when u are just doing absolutely 

 anything.... moving ur hand, siting down. So understand dear,

 when you are doing what I am about to tell you, you are not

 shutting the mind down, you are juusst slowing DOWN the

 SPEED,  aaahhh that itself will give you soo much relief. 

 Just the thought of a nice rested mind makes me soo 

 relieved and nice inside. It works me we all have the same 

 processor it will work for you too. 






You are lying down ur mind, is using less energy that itself if you 

do for 10 - 15 mins you feel good you start feeling little rested. I

will be good.  





Okay sit on the sofa, lie down, be really comfortable. Take the 

mobile put, Go to youtube type ----Om 432 hz. See remember this 

activity works best when you are alone, there should 

be silence around you and use a earphone.

Okay see Om is a very powerful vibration. It activates a lot of your

  brain. So, you are Now you are giving the control of your mind to

 Om. Sloowly Sloowly this will happen. You just have to help the 

 Power of Om to help you relax. 









Breaaathe in slooowly, breaaathe in deep, u should feel like your

stomach is filling up with air. Be comfortable breaathe as much 

but don't exert a lot of energy or pressure you  are saving energy so 

relax and clamly do it. Sometimes breathe from the nose and 

sloowly release from the mouth. Make a small OOO shape from 

the mouth and rel- EASE the air.   






 The mind creates resistance. It is building up excuses, reasons,

 just to keep talking to you. Breaaaathe deeeeeper just focus on the

 cycle of continuous breathing. If you get distracted the Mind

 catches you and starts playing with you come back again ..... 

 continue the breathing.






Mind is like a small child which needs to be explained. Like a 

grown up person, the Power of Om is explaining the Mind, it is 

calming down the mind. You have to be patient. 




Once it understands it will let u Free.




Omg.. this does sounds creepy. OM  is taking to my mind ... Whaaaat ...



Yes, it is explaining your mind to stay still. Don't believe me, right ?


Try it and see. 




Sit or lie down,  close your eyes put the earphone start the Om 

sound and breathe for some time. After some time its ok even if 

you don't breathe. When you start using the mind start the 

breathing again. Help the vibration of OM to heal you to Calm you 

down.   



There are thousands of OM sounds find which you like. Use that. 

OM is scientifically proven to be the best frequency for the mind 

body healing and relaxation. 




Not able to sleep. Feel like working studying too many thoughts coming up and overloading you.




Just put OM music decrease the sound. So, that you are only able 

to hear a lil sound but it lil far away from you body and head. Let

 the phone be there and listen to it. No breathing no nothing. Just let

 it play. Don't even bother turning the phone off. It will keep

 playing and you will fall asleep. 





Wake up in ur bed with a Peaceful sleep, child like sleep , restful 

sleep, calm sleep, deep sleep, energy revitalizing sleep. 




Go out !! Go  Enjoy your day.
