Why Globally Indians or Indian Engineers are preferred ?? --- The Reason finally De-Coded

Indian degrees are a proof of an

individual's  :-


    1. Discipline

    2. Will - power

    3. Maturity of the person

    4. Dedication

    5. Hard Work






  The basic requirement for the Indian

  Education System unlike other Education

 Systems of the World is Not  Smartness.



Well, carefull there, I said, " Basic

Requirement " and Yes, it is Not Smartness.

 

   It is sheer Hardwork and Sweat

   which  helps a student to sail

   through the exams and the  semesters.
 



    Now, a person may be Smart but

   if they are not willing to work hard

   the system will Fail them.



   So, being Smart as no use ???


    No, no nothing like that ....


   Being smart is like an added

   advantage which will help you

   sometimes but majorly just as

   the car runs on fuel, Not on Nitros,

                    the Indian

    Edu Systems runs on sheer physical

    Hardwork done by the students.






    Let's us understand this concept

     by taking a practical situation,

     which we all are aware about.







                 Whether the

  degree is from any engineering

     college, the students are

        most usually  clueless

  when it comes to Practical skills.








    Aree baba then why are Indians

   or Engineers still being preferred ??






Ans.

     The Unique high pressure

    Education System of India

       1. Cultivates

       2. Tests &

      3. finally Rewards

       

      Values and Character

      in an individual. Would you

       agree ??

   See the thing is ....

   It's not easy to keep passing

  through even if your naturally 

  smart. Rote learning which is at 

  the core of the system, demands 

  hard work ( to memorize exact like 

  it is in the txt book ), dedication 

 ( covering the excessive Syllabus )

 from a person other wise you can't 

  keep passing. 

  Indian Education System is more 

   about developing Human Core 

    Values needed during entire 

    Life Time, than just subject 

   or Domain Knowledge. 

    A small request pls do read the

   Let's come back to the Question 

   Why are Indians or Engineers 

   in any field generally picked ? 

 Ans. Indian Education System's 

          imparted  Values. 

   In the long run Values vs Technical

   capabilities, the more substanaible 

   choice is each & every single time 

                          is 

        Values and Character.
