HappYness in the 21st Century

                HappYness in the 21st Century.

You know it's getting Harder these days to stay Happy

and to be in Peace. There was point in my Life where

I decided you know what ???

                                    HappYness is "The Most Important"

thing in Life and I am going to Collect, Store, Write

down every single thing I could find about HappYness.

There was definitely 1 MAJOR filter, whatever it was

it should make sense to me, it should be relatable to

         My Life and Experience.

As this was the only way I could

       Validate, as a Re-searcher { :P   hehehe, I like bragging

about myself hehehe, Silly meee } that the content was

really Valuable, ImpactFul and at the same time

       Relatable.

Cuz I really believe in the fact that, if

a process or a system is working for people around it

will work for me as well. Okay, Time to Reveal the

        findings :-

                                    Tan Tadaa

What Gives you HappYness in the Life of the 21st

       Century.

      1.   Staying close to your Roots.

      2.  Creativity = Happiness.

Waaaaait, don't take the Gun out, yet  !!!

        Let, me explain yo ..

See, I was on trip to Delhi and I met a really

wise man. He was a Director of Tech. company some

              VLSI related Engineering thingy.

We were discussing about Life, he then made

a statement which I have not been able forget and has

stuck with me ever since. Mind you the day he told me

and until today, it's been 7 years.

He was a complete stranger yet was very

        comfortable with me as I was a guest { half his age }

at his home. OKaY enough with the SuSpense...

" People are not mature, they do not calculate

everything in Life. One of the biggest cause of Sadness

and Depression today is due to MIGRATION. People

go soo far away from their families, their place of birth,

their childhood friends, their culture, their Source, their

Memories and then they complain about their condition"

He said this, but I never

really understood the WORTH of these words, I did not

have any experience or memory that could relate to this

     statement.

Yeaaars went by, my friends who had gone abroad started

to share their experience and challenges of staying in a

foreign land,  looow and behold !!!

This Statement comes back to Life. It starts to add up, it

      made sense to me now.

I too was very eager to go to the US

but, I choose not to Go for some reason or maybe this one.

{ Also, I am Super Dhinka Naka Lazzy soo I am not

really sure, if its Lazziness or subconscious understanding

      of this statement }

It was the Right Decision, I made for myself. I am too

attached to the Magic of India, the culture, the people,

the nuances, Modi, the bonding, the slang, the gossip and

interfering nature of things to go to a Dead, Rich & Clean

     place like US, huh...

Get this straight... You grow up in a Culture &

that becomes a part of you. It's a deep Mind thing, You

can't just Decide and Plan and say okay I am moving

to a place which thousands of miles apart and Hope

that with time, everything will fall into Place. No, I am

     sorry it never will.

Yes, you can learn stuff, forget your original accent

but the Adapting, Adjusting will never be completed.

You honestly can't keep up with the Joneses.  // U can

keep a Bet with me on this One.

Now, don't curse me and say okay buddy

" Why don't you find me a decent Job here itself then ",

look sometimes that's the best option I am not saying NO

but sometimes people had a choice...

Part 2 : The Return of Creativity

How can I be happy in a situation//
condition wherein we do the same thing over and over

again.  It can be our jobs or our assignments as a student.

It's simple, un-chain the Artist in you.

Channel the energy inside and Create

    Express your feelings

In your own way. Releease it

Create for You, for Your Joy

No reason, No Aim, Everything is Right

Research from the Texas University of

Psychology revealed that Happiness happens when you

engage in a creative pursuit. Take a pencil draw, make a

clay statue, create your own music, your very own song,

ohhh heck take some grass of the ground stick on a piece

of paper & make a funny face, anything is fine, its just

you spending some Me time. It really helps, u shd give

      it a try...

When you see it done = Satisfaction Peace HappYness

                                         Bonus happiness comes when you

create something and you can share it with people. The

feeling of being a Creator is just Pure Joy. This is so

        Peaceful.

Thank you, O Lovely soul, for being a Part of my Joy.
