                                        Frustrated Engineer's Story 

                               There is a reason why I made this video. It was my frustration with the

      broken education system. You must be like, WoOow before you say that, can you tell me

      why you are even frustrated. I will be more than happy to tell you the story.

      Here, it goes I completed my Engineering, it was the toughest thing I have ever done. It

      was really really tough for me guys. I Swear !!!

                                   I gave in everything I got and towards the end of engineering the last 2 years 

       MY LIFE was all about the marks and marks. I had come out of a relationship and stopped

      talking to my friends, all this just to focus better. Yeah, it did work but you know it came at

      a cost.

         

       FriendShip and RelationShip both just had to Sink.   

                                  Guess what, after all that I was selected in a TOP e-commerce. Wait wait

   

     I get to know after 3 months into the training that its an international semi-BPO kinda job

     with a hyped up name.

                                My parents were so proud, the society around were all so proud, they thought

   I had got into a company like google and only I knew the truth. What do you do hanh ?  in those

   circumstances, yeah you might have guessed it. Bow your small ass stupid head and play along.

                               Why play along cuz, honestly I had no interest in  tech. and it would only get

  tougher if i wanted to make it in that field. Then there was the stupid package they were giving

  to all the core candidates. It was Rs. 8000/- or 9000/-, yes these are not salary of labourers these

  are the salary of engineers of India.

                                You tell me, what on Earth can motivate you to get in tech when the salary is

  embarrassing like that, huh yup i had the same thoughts + I had no interest. It all add up, there was

   pressure of family, society and my own confusion ...... God. I was just going on.

                               

                             In Amazon, I had realized a lot. The corporate culture, it was shit. It was really

  mean, it was exploitative, I had soo much stress I had gained 13 Kgs in 7 months. Trust me you

  stress is high if you gain weight from it, it was horrible. The managers were people whose emot-

  -ions had died with time. They had become instruments of productivity. All they cared was

   targets.

                          I spoke to the managers the night shift the CONTINOUSLY increasing pressure

  I was't able to handle it. He made sure he heard me, but nothing happened. I am sure he heard me

  only because it was in the Rule Book to hear me out, huh.

           

                         Yup, might have not guessed this but I left the company. The company for which

 there were 480+ students at 9 am and after continuous rounds which ended at 10 pm at night there

 were 8 people who were selected. I had left that company. It was difficult cuz this was my 1 st

Adult decision. Meaning no one behind my back, no one to support, it was all me who made that

decision. 

                  Trust me guys, the 1 st decision you make in life.  It surely is something if its a tough

  one. It honestly was for me. I jumped to live the dream I had weaved when I was in the World's

  biggest E-Commerce company.

           

                This was a Tad bit long so let's keep the next part for some other time. Muaaaaaaah !!
